Biden proposes debates in June and September with Trump, who accepts dates

President Biden said Wednesday that he will not participate in the decades-old tradition of three fall meetings hosted by the bipartisan Commission on Presidential Debates, but will instead call on his Republican rival Donald Trump to join him for two presidential debates on television in June and September.
